Dustin Kia came to IBS to seek a new and challenging career. He comes from a sales/marketing background where he managed sales representatives nationally. Relatively new to the millwork industry, Dustin enjoys incorporating skills from sales and marketing into his new role.

Dustin is currently directing the implementation of IBS’ companywide ERP software (Enterprise Resource Planning). This software will streamline IBS operations through Sales, Estimating, Project Management, Inventory, Shop Floor Planning, and Installation. Software implementation is challenging for everyone involved but Dustin enjoys driving this project because the end result will make IBS more agile. His goal is to successfully implement a companywide tool to increase communication, improve time management, reduce waste, and make IBS a “SMART” company.

When he’s not driving the ERP project, Dustin can be found driving his motorcycle or playing drums.
